My Day

My new nick-name for Molly is "The Hydra". For every head I cut off, two more spring up to replace it.

While I was getting her some water, she grabbed my bowl of stew and threw it across the room.

As i was cleaning the stew mess, she pulled all the video tapes out of the box I had them in and spread them to the four corners of the apartment.

As I gathered and secured the video tapes, she pulled a box of loose notepaper off of khristle's desk and managed to spread them all the way in to the living room, where she promptly found her sippy-cup and somehow managed to open it despite it being "child-proof".

As I cleaned up the spilled water, she discovered how to take the lid off one of my comic book boxes. THIS TOOK PRIORITY OVER ANY AND ALL OTHER DISASTERS!!! Put an old computer on top of the comic box so she can't get in there any more, gave her one of "Her" comic books (an old Archie Digest) and moved on to cleaning up the spilled papers.

I trust her right now... she's watching the Scrubs musical and sitting nicely in her chair... BUT FOR HOW LONG?!?!?!

Ends up that while I had assumed that she was sitting quietly so I could go and post about my day? She had climbed up on top of the dinner table and was sitting in the middle of it, "Finger Painting" on my laptop screen with her milk.

Laugh it up! And when Caleb (oh LORD I hope I remembered your boy's name correctly) discoveres he can pee in the house plants, you'll reflect upon my day and think it's really not so bad :P
