WHY isn't there a decent on-line version of Car Wars?!?!? It looks like it would be simple enough... simple top-down graphics (no 3-D or first-person crap)... I want a game of customizable cars in an Arena Deathmatch!

is it animated or tile based? i may be able to create a web version if you can work with me to define the rules and are willing to scan any required graphics.
