The red pills were pseudoephedrene - aka. Sudafed. That's what I was taking the night my monitor started swimming like an octopus. I think I even still have a stash of them, although they're 4 years old at this point & I have no idea if they're still any good.

The long white ones were probably acetomenaphen like someone else said, which is just a painkiller. Not sure if it also acts like an anti-inflammatory.

The long skinny ones could have also been some "sinus relief" "cold medication" thing, which most likely would have had more decongestant to it and a fever reducer; possibly with more acetamenophen. Can't remember.

Lately the combo of Lotradamine (generic claratin) taken daily along with pseudoephedrene as needed (when the congestion is kicking me in the head) works for me.
