Well, it presupposes a decent supply of lazy bastards for whom the thrill of the hunt is not enough to overpower the dread of slogging through quarter bins... and who are willing to pay money for the ability to stand in the hall & ogle scantily-clad cosplayers while someone else combs through the bins.
