Accomplishments

Made and properly refrigerated another half-gallon of Cream of Broccoli Cheddar Soup.

Froze and labeled all the Chili.

Cooking a nice big roast with fresh veggies from our garden and my Dad's home made wine.

Packed and re-packed all the packages that need to ship out for Swaptree.

Started a Nonpayment claim on Ebay for the one item that's still unpaid from a MONTH AGO.

Started organizing stuff for the Garage Sale next weekend

Got Molly dressed (no small feat, let me tell ya!)

Further research re: Stupid Albatross of a laptop; working my connections to try and get a cheap replacement screen.

Have you checked Craig's List? Maybe find a busted laptop that you can take the screen and battery from...tryin to think outside the box :)

Yeah, been all over Craigslist... also checked all the local Techromancy shops (PC Recycle and RE PC), no one has what I need in stock :(

i think i really need to just get back IN the box and scare her in to buying a new laptop.

You may keep the square tupperwarez... we have plenty and rarely use that size any more.

Haven't tried freesing the soup yet, but I is scarred to. Cream based soups rarely ever freeze good (imho)
