Dude, you're GETTING a Dell?

captain_slinkyLatest from Dell: They called at 2am this morning and left a voicemail to confirm the upgrade (from a Dell mini-9 to a Dell Mini-10) at no additional cost and that they needed us to tell them what color we want so they can process the order. And of course, if they didn't hear back from us within 24 hours they would go ahead and cancel our order for us becuase they're such great folks like that. Grrrr.
So Crystal called to confirm that YES, the thing that we've been calling on a weekly basis to confirm that we still wanted it for nearly two months now, yeah, we still want that. Colors available to us are White, Pink or Red but we can upgrade to a BLACK model for an additional fee.
This... this is a joke, right?
Crystal seems pretty positive that unless we call them EVERY DAY, we're not getting our Netbook. Can't say i disagree...
