More harm than good?

Had a conversation tonight that chilled me with old emotions and habits. It made me slip in to old depressive mindsets, and I'm sure I did more harm than good through my part of the discourse. Not sure if it was the cold or the sleepiness or the emotion, but I was shivering every time I opened my mouth. I felt feelings I haven't felt in YEARS, not since I met Crystal... feelings I had kind of romanticized in my memories the further away from them I grew. I now remember that I DO NOT miss those days, not one bit.

It gets better. I swear it does. Or at the very least, it gets easier to forget about.
