Diet Stuff

Breakfast: 4 All Beef Hot Dogs, Mustard.
Lunch: 6 ounce bag of Pork Rinds.
Dinner: Grilled Tilapia filet, Garlic Green Beans.

Gym: None, 9.5 Miles total

Clean: 20/10 x1, half-assed

The thing about low-carbing is that you don't start losing weight till you get in to "Ketosis", which takes a few days to happen. And when it *does* happen, you feel terrible for a while. Oh, once you bust through the other side things are incredible, sure... but while your body is adjusting to it, life sucks. It's like how your body feels when you have the flu. No snot, no coughing, but your body aches and it's hard to breathe and you're just tired all the time for like THREE DAYS (have had it last for up to 5 day in the past).

Once I get past this, though, I'll have INCREDIBLE AMOUNTS OF ENERGY. And I'll feel SUPER-HEALTHY. And I'll be dropping pounds like they're dollar bills at the Itchy Kitty Gentleman's Club & Buffet! IMMA MAKE IT RAIN!!!

But till then, I have so little energy :(

Yesterday I did all of my regular assigned tasks and *attempted* to do a 20/10 clean but wow it was terrible.

Yesterday would have been the bet time to plant that tree, but the second best time to do it is *today*.
