Breakfast: Salsa, Sausage & Cheese Omelette
Lunch: Roasted Wasabi Edamame
Dinner: Spinach, Mushroom & caramelized onion omelette with feta cheese

Gym: None, 28.8 miles total

Clean: 20/10 x3 (whew!)

Had another "Superman Moment" yesterday when I took Molly to Chuck E. Cheese and discovered there wasn't a single low-carb option available that wasn't a bunch of "Compromise Carbs". You know... "Well there probably aren't THAT MANY carbs in the thousand island dressing", "Well sure they're breaded, but the Buffalo Wings are mostly just chicken and sauce", "I guess I could just eat the toppings off the pizza"... little rationalizations that lead to bigger rationalizations and leaps of logic that are just NOT where I want to go.

So I just didn't eat, had some unsweetened iced tea and let molly have a little pepperoni pizza :)

I felt good about that :) Having Molly as my constant little companion again - the Robin to my Batman - really helps motivate me and strive to be the better person I know I can be :)
