Breakfast: Skip
Lunch: Ground Turkey with my Awesome Vegetable Soup/Sauce (Bisque?)
Dinner: Crock Pot Pork Roast with Fried Cabbage & Onions

Gym: None, 30.5 Miles Total

Clean: 20/10 x2

Despite having had an excellent day, Molly barely slept at all last night (restless, fidgety) and woke up at around 6am crying and panicking because she thought she hadn't fallen asleep at all :(

She's asleep now, thank goodness... poor little girl :(

The ground turkey/sauce sounds good. Not such a big fan of cabbage.

The only way I actually *like* cabbage is when it's turned in to Sauerkraut, but since I didn't have *that* I just fried it till soft with onions and vinegar, accomplished a fairly suitable substitution :)
