Sick

I just deleted a very long and detailed post about how sick I am - YOU'RE WELCOME - but just know that involves a lot of what's known as "Double Jeopardy", where lots of things are happening all at once and you don't know which end to aim at the toilet. Some thirty-six hours of sleep interrupted by hourly dry heaves and my bowels doing a perfect imitation of a broken rootbeer tap, and now I'm feeling a bit better.

So as far as my diet is concerned, I've had half a sleeve of saltine crackers, a banana and a bottle of PowerAde Zero. Yaaaaaaaaaaaay.
