This year I spent far too much time being sick, so my real resolution for this year is to research, prepare and eat more "Super Foods", the type of stuff that is supposed to boost your immune system. Not researching tonight, mind you, but I imagine there's going to be a lot of local honey, a lot of blueberries, a lot of spinach, a lot of Greek Yogurt... and it'll probably mean reducing the amount of meat, wheat and deep-fried goodness in my diet.

I'm going to miss my Deep Fried Batter-Dipped Corn Syrup Beef Roast, but I'm sure that a Blueberry-N-Spinach Greek Yogurt Smoothie is just as tasty... right?

Drinking lots of water, getting plenty of sleep, and doing a little exercise daily (even 20 minutes walking) also do good things for the immune system.

I bought a cheap matcha green tea powder from Uwajimaya and plain Greek yogurt from Costco and local honey from a farmer's market and started having green tea honey yogurt for breakfast for a while. Really awesome flavor, filling, and every ingredient is good for you.
