I swear it's not depression

I think I want to take a nap, but I'm so hyper-focused on avoiding the tell-tale symptoms of Depression while my family is gone that I'm actively forbidding myself to take a nap - just in case!
Get up every morning.
Shower every morning.
Get dressed every morning.
Eat breakfast even if you don't feel like it.
Go out of the house and interact with other humans at least once a day, even if it's just the clerk at the convenience store.
DON'T SPEND YOUR DAY IN BED SLEEPING!!!
And a special one that really only applies to *me* I'm sure - Don't watch videos of people at Disneyland on YouTube, 'cuz that'll just make you want to cry.
But this is HARD! Can't concentrate on a video game. Can't stay focused on TV. Only thing keeping me awake right now is the act of typing out this entry! If I can just make it to, like, 7pm? THEN i can go to bed.
