051 - Disney TV Collectible Thingee

As hard as this is to believe, I am coming up BLANK in my search for a particular Disney Collectable!

Vague memories, this has to have been in the Disney Parks within the last year or two, maybe three years tops. I only remember seeing *one* article about it, in one of those round-ups of new items available in the Parks. They were these super-cute collectible TV sets, or maybe they just came in packaging that looked like a retro TV, and it said that they "Played scenes". They also said there was no way to really describe it, you really had to see it.

The one off-center photograph that I saw of one, I *think* it featured Tinkerbell? The whole package reminded me a bit of a larger, better-made version of the old Marx Disneykins sets of the 60's.


Anybody have even the faintest idea of what I'm talking about? ANy information/help/guesses are greatly appreciated thanks :)

Have you done a Google image search on this? I did and this page came up. Don't know if you've seen this already. Your photo looks just like the '60s one????

Oh, the image I used is from an image search for the old Marx Disneykins figures I spoke of - THOSE are easy (well, easier) to come by. The item in question, however, is a DisneyVision Zoetrope! Going to post a video of it in a new post, it's pretty nifty AND seems to no longer exist - not a single one for sale on Ebay or anywhere else on The Internet!
