094 - That sound you hear is God laughing at you making long-range plans

Complications have arisen. Daredevil, Trailer Park Boys, Table Top Game Day and a Birthday Party are all in limbo as the kid I was supposed to start babysitting tonight is at my house *NOW*, because she got sick at school.

Sick kid trumps any other plans, since this is her Mom's first day at her new job.

Well at least I got in my workout at the gym?

Okay, so the NEW PLAN: Watch all the Netflix stuff some other time - that's why you do on-demand streaming of stuff is so you can do it when/if you have time. Tabletop Game Day will most likely become a private affair at our house instead of the event spectacle of going to the Uncles Games in Bellevue, but it will do. Watching the sick kid till about 7pm tomorrow, so I should be able to join the Birthday Party at around 7:30, just about the time of day I'm ready for bed because I'm old.

This can work.

I'll have to see if Tia will let me use her coffee machine... If not, I'll have to procure something. I'll reach out to you guys for advice. I think there's a coffee maker on the 3rd floor I can bring down.
