I have just encountered a company that:
(1) Will not tell me what their full product line is until I agree to buy $425 worth of it.
(2) Seems to think I am running a "scam" to cheat them out of a $3 catalog of their products.
(3) Feels that the best way to deal with potential new customers is to use liberal amounts of sarcasm and insults.
Worst of all, they are the only place to get what I need... they are the only Comics Distributor in the US :(

Date: 2003-07-03 09:24 am (UTC)In all the years I've been buying comics, I've heard nothing but how big of an ass they are, and can be, because of their whole Image/Marvel/DC (or whatever it is) castle. Sorry you have to deal with them, but I don't think they're going to get any better. :(
