It has only taken 2 days of working at Subway to remind me just how much I loved doing Customer Service; Customer Service of Birthday Express.com in specific.

I really should have realized it sooner. Every interview I've gone to since working there has been full of stories about how much I loved working there, how good I was at what they do, and how I basically want to find another job where I was as "at home" as i was with that job.

Been up since 4 this morning thinking about this. It's been 5 years since i worked there last. The end result of all my pondering has been that I e-mailed the fine folks at Birthday Express.com and begged for a job.

I'm not much of a religious man, but right now I'm praying that they'll take me back.

Well, I know their new head of IT there, but I don't think that's nearly the same thing. I'll see if he has the inside line on any jobs though.

Looks like they won't hire me at all, but thanks for the info! So Dean isn't the IT person with them any more? interesting...
