SNOW DAY!!!

YAY AND HOORAY FOR SNOW DAY!!! Since Comcast loves and cherishes the lives of its employees, we were sent home at about 10 this morning and given a FULL DAYS PAY! WOOT! Now I can Upgrade my computer!

Oh yeah... upgrading! A friend from work gave me his old Motherboard with a P4 Processor and a used Video Card. So long, days of Celeron... it's time for Brian to enter the Age of PENTIUMS!!!

Of course, since I am attempting to install the new motherboard and vide card by myself, I there will probably be much swearing, kicking, and frantic phone calls to collisions. I just hope HE has a snow day today, too!

New Years Resolution

My New Years Resolution is to exchange Christmas Gifts with dotgirl before June. This I swear!

And in other news, I am having second thoughts about HSI Support at Comcast. The recruited me for their High Speed Internet Department, but my heart just isn't in it. I joined this company to work in Cable Television (something near and dear to my heart), not to become another person on the phones who can't help you with your Internet problems. I hope there is a way I can transfer back to the Video department before it's too late :(

And finally, i would like to add that khristle did a kick-ass job with my Christmas gifts this year. Every stinkin' DVD I coould ever want, plus Kingdom Hearts AND a book on Howard Hughes!
