Culinary plans!
May. 20th, 2006 04:29 pmThis weekend, I'm gonna make a nice big pot of reduced-point chili (using black soy beans in place of most of the kidney beans). Also gonna buy a nice big bag of Fritos to go with it. That's a good meal that can sit simmering on the back burner all weekend long for immediate eating whenever.
NEXT weekend, if I can afford it, I want to BBQ a salmon in the way that my Dad does it. I have the recipe, and would love to share with guests if we have them. I *think* we have guests next weekend... dont' we?
