Crap that happened Part 1 - Ebay

Hey, remember that time when Mathew was unemployed and I tried to help him out by lettign him be my "Partner" on Ebay, only he didn't actually do his part and never shipped out stuff that we got paid for and my Ebay account got suspended and I ended up having to create an entirely new Seller Account? Well Ebay's NEW software and policies have linked that OLD account to my NEW account, and have suspended my NEW account that I've been building up good feedback on for the past 8 years. As of yet I have not found a way to legitimately get back on Ebay, but I've only been working on it for a WEEK. As it stands right now, it looks like my days of Eaying are officially OVER :(

Crap that happened Part 2 - Man-Jewelry

In other news, my Parents got me the gaudiest, mot un-comfortale watch in the WORLD for my Birthday. I don't want to seem ungrateful, but this thing rips the hair off my wrist, pinches my skin and is somewhat reminiscent of the Big Ugly Bracelet that Joey bought for Chandler on "Friends". It is VERY GOLD. VERY 70's. I tried to wear it for a while with all the tags still on it so my parents wouldn't be offended, then my Mom INSISTED that I take the tags off and "Get a feel for it". So now I can't even return it for a non-pinchy-hurty-gaudy watch! To be fair, i don't really despise the fact that it's gaudy... I HEART gaudy ugly things! And I know that if it didn't put me in physical PAIN to wear it, I'd totaly be rockin' it hard-core! I have no idea what that means...

Crap that happened Part 3 - Sad Day For The Green Lanterns

And finally, this weekend I dropped both "Green Lantern" and "Green Lantern Corps" from my Pull-List at The Comic Stop. I dearly love all things Green and Lanternish (Hal & Guy being my absolute faves), but I hve unfortunately fallen OUT of love with The New DC. Well to be fair, I'm also no fan of Marvel Comics these days either. Too may cross-overs, too complex of storylines, to "stylized" of artwork. I long for the Pre-Image days of easy-to-foloow artwork that actually lead you frm panel to panel of the book with captions and thought-bubbles. So what's left in my Box each month now?

...And that's it! How did I let it get this way? From a Fifty-Dollar-A-Week habit all the way down to LESS than $25 a MONTH?!?!? HOW and WHY have the comic book companies lost my interest so much?!?!?
