You can click here for the full story, but the short version of it?

Doctor Who is doing Doctor Who's daughter, who is actually the daughter of Doctor Who, only not actually his daughter and no i don't mean because she's just a clone.

Simple? Got it? Good!

Carry on.

Oh, fine... the LESS-MIND-KILLING version of the story is that David Tennant (the current Doctor Who) is dating Georgia Moffett who played "Jenny", the minute-cloned "Daughter" of Doctor Who from the episode aptly titled "The Doctor's Daughter".

Ah, bu that's only the FIRST STEP!

For you see, Georgia Moffett is the real-life daughter of Peter Davison, who was the FIFTH DOCTOR (aka "The One With The Celery")!

So now it all makes sense! Doctor Who is doing Doctor Who's daughter, who is actually the daughter of Doctor Who, only not actually his daughter and no i don't mean because she's just a clone!

This is great news for all those ladies I know with the Daddy Issues AND a crush on David Tennant :)

I have a TON of crap to do today! Finish my D&D Adventure, bo to B&N to pick-up another PHB, make a big pot of spaghetti and garlic bread, clean the house, clean the kitchen, clean the bathroom, pack and ship about 7 packages for Ebay and also find time to shower while taking care of Molly.

So what better time than NOW to get a 10am Drunken Call from my sister who wants me to help her hook-up her DVD player over the phone?

Forget the fact that talking to her while she's drunk like this always puts me in a funk. Forget that she keeps trying to make me say that I still love her. What's really cheesing me off right now is THIS SHOULD BE SO MUCH EASIER THAN THIS!!! One cable, three connectors. Yellow, Red, White. There's three holes on her DVD Player; Yellow, Red, White. There's three holes on the back of her TV Set; Yellow, Red, White. Match the colors. IT'S THAT EASY!!! But she's drunk. It's ten in the friggin' morning, and she's drunk. Again. She's telling m that she's not drunk, but she is. Her big "Tell" is that she can't stop calling me "Bri-Bro". She only calls me that when she's drunk, and it pisses me off that she's lies to me like this and I continue to be civil and i continue to help her.

Finally... nearly an hour later, I have my life back!

D&D Night?

One person showed up.

But what we lacked in volume, we made up for in FUN! Dan and Auriela came, [livejournal.com profile] bjorker wasn't feeling up to it. We played D&D Minis while The Girls ransacked the joint. It was as if Molly and Auri were destined to be together!

Dan is the perfect addition to any gaming night... concerned enough with the rules to bother looking up how something should happen, but flexible enough to jujst go with the flow. Oh, and fun! Entertaining! Funny! All in all, an excellent addition to The Captain Slinky Regulars :)

I need to get Molly and Auri together more often... this may mean forcing myself to hang-out with people!
