Focus

Unable to stay focused on any one thing lately. Can't fall asleep unless I'm doing something/anything else such as watching TV or listening to podcasts. Otherwise my mind races from subject to subject with no... no FOCUS.

Need to find a way to STAY ON TARGET!!!
