The Resurrection will require an eighth-level Cleric

While I was sitting with my Dad in the Hospital on Monday morning (he had the Flu and then his blood pressure was a bit high so they kept him for observation), some wandering Catholics came in to the room and asked my Dad if he'd like to receive Communion. He said that he couldn't because he has been divorced in the past. They then did some crazy other prayer for him instead. They were nice people, but I could tell that my Dad was just humoring them so that they would leave sooner. The Catholics (a minister and a nun, I think?) then moved on to the next room, which contained an elderly Jewish lady who refused the Communion but was glad to have the companionship for a little while.

The offering of Communion did no more good than it did harm. Easy to offer, easy to decline, and genuine human compassion offered for free :)

What I'm wondering, though, is if I could dress up in my LARPing costume and wander the halls of the hospital offering "Hello I'm Ebonious Grimm, a seventh-level Cleric from the Temple of Yondalla located in Ebberon, would you like me to cast a Cure Light Wounds spell for you?"

Couldn't be any worse than offering Communion, right?
