There is excitement today, I am excited, and have decided to channel that excitement in to kick-starting some change (again). Most important thing to remember is that when you try to make improvements to your life (Diet, Exercise, Money, etc) and they don't stick, that's not failure - That's SUCCESS in seeing that you want to make a change! Easy changes are easy; it's the HARD changes that are challenging :)

So instead of skipping breakfast this morning (as has become my habit again), I made a HUGE Smoothie for myself that contains 5 servings of fresh vegetables (carrot, spinach and kale to be exact) and five servings of fruit (strawberry, blueberry and banana). Should make me poop REAL GOOD :)

Also, I'm working on a project that Crystal had requested/suggested of making up a bunch of crockpot-ready freezer meals. I don't remember *why* she thought we needed a bunch of these, but it's not a bad idea and so I have meatballs and sauces and roasts and everything getting ready to go in to Ziplocks.

Also trying to plan meals a week in advance again... not sure how well that's going to go...

Getting back to what I call my 2x20/10/5 plan of cleaning. 20 minutes of cleaning, 10 minute break, 'nother 20 minutes of cleaning, then list 5 things on Ebay as a reward.

Last thing, getting to the gym each day for at least a 20 minute cardio workout 5 times a week - three times a week, that will be a 10-minute cardio followed by the weightlifting machinery stuff.

And what is it that got me this pumped? Something awesome that we're doing tonight - more details later once I have pictures :)
