010 - Hows About Them Resolutions?

Prolonged bout of stretches (as instructed by my physical therapist), followed by 15 to 30 minutes of light cardio work on the apocalyptical machine.
Instead of doing TWO 20/10's of cleaning this week, I was only able to squeeze in *one* per day, which is still better than no cleaning at all right?
And every day I have started off with a delicious, all-natural Smoothie. Power Greens, Carrots, Fruit, Milk. Occasionally, texture will demand that I add a scoop of Greek Yogurt and a dash of stevia but that was only once this week so hooray for that!
Other accomplishments this week include the listing of five items on Ebay, a shave-and-a-haircut (see previous post), replaced the broken tail light on my truck and didn't do anything stupid that would aggravate my pelvic/abdominal issue!
