DEEEEEEEP HURTING

My entire mouth is hurting tonight, worse than it has in the past 3 days or so from The Great American Wisdom Tooth Adventure (Comming soon to a Disney Theme Park near YOU!). Possible explainations?

• It's my first day back to work in over a week. Dealing with bitchy people on the phone can intensify ANY minor pain.
  
  
• Today is my first day completely without big-time drugs. No Percoset, no Vicodin. Just Ibuprofin... and only *one* of the perscription Ibuprofin that the Dentist gave me... the rest has been over-the-counter stuff from our little First Aid Kit here at work.
  
  
• I've been eating a lot of carbohydrates while my mouth heals, and excessive amounts of carb ALWAYS make me feel sick. The pain from my mouth is just a place for me to blame all that general illnes in to.
  
  
• I love to be The Martyr. Poor, tortured Captain Slinky having to go to work despite the debilitating pain. Oh, the humanity!
  
  
• Something might actually be wrong. I won't know till my follow-up appointment tomorrow morning at 11. The Shredded Whole-Wheat side of me wants it to be no problem at all that is easily cured with some wonder pill or procedure, but my Sugar-Frosted side wants it to be a terrible complication that will debilitate me for life, letting me live off the insurance settlement!
  

So I go to The Dentist tomorrow morning, 11am. This *should* have been all better by the Wednesday after the opperation, but I have been in constant pain for a total of 9 days now. PITTY ME!!!

Vicodine is a horrid drug. Makes me hallucinate and not in the "groovy" kinda way. Glad to see your on the mend tho.

Thank you! Vicodine doesn't do much for me... it's just like a glorified aspirin or something. But for others I know (like you), it's a one-way trip to the estate of Timothy Leary and The Playboy Mansion circa 1968. Time to Part-TAAAAAAAY!!!

Poor Schmoopie!! I am sending all sorts of pitty your way, that should apease your sugar-frosted side. To your whole wheat side I say, you'll be ok! Buck up soldier!
