Scotty was, is, and always will be my absolute favorite member of the Original Series. Only got to "see" him ojnce at a local convention, didn't actually get to hear him speak or sign anything. He was just sitting there at his table, signing autographs and making sure that EVERYONE who wanted one got a signature.

Oddly appropriate that just a bit earlier today we purchased several Star Trek novels, and had discussed how we should maybe start watching episodes of the original series.
