My shift was supposed to be over at 8:30, but I'm still here and will most likely be here for at least another half hour; maybe even an hour.

Why?

This will only make sense to my peeps, so bear with me here.

8:24pm, Relay call, customer with Windows 98 having problems with a Self Install Kit, trying to install USB Drivers. ANd she aparently has an Attention Defficit thing going on, because if I give her instructions longer than 5 words she gets extremely confused.

ME: "Right-click on the My Computer Icon, please... go ahead"
***LONG PAUSE***
***LONGER PAUSE***
HER: "What? Go ahead"

Yeah, made it out the door at 8:45 ecause I went ahead and did a failed sik :)

I forgot you guys were there last night! And Ben even MESSAGED ME to let me know! AAAAARGH!!!

So did the old call center seem much smaller this time?
