WHAT IF INSTEAD OF BEING A BLOCKBUSTER STRING OF BOOKS AND MOVIES, THE HARRY POTTER STORY HAD BEEN A LOW-RES 3-MINUTE MUSICAL DANCE NUMBER SET IN THE 80'S?
