Sorry, everyone, sorry... I know I've been slacking in my duties! I know youw ant to know what movies in the Free Movies section of Comcast On Demand you should be watching! Sorry! Here's the list:
- Beach Blanket Bingo (It's the ginchiest!)
- Black Samurai (Blacxploitation Epic Super-Hero Secret Agent from the 70's!)
- Boys From Brazil (Hitler's clones!)
- Captain Blood (Errol Flynn in perhaps his swashbucklingest role EVAR!)
- Christine (My favorite Steven King movie for some reason)
- Close Encounters of The Third Kind (Y'know... Richard Dryfus is an alien)
- D.C. Cab (Mr. T as a cab driver! I pitty the fool who does not love this movie!)

- Fright Night (Hahahaha oh Brewster, you're so coooool! Hahahahaha!)
- High Plains Drifter (Clint Eastwood western - 'nuff said!)
- Krull (Dude fights evil with a pointy frizbee!)
- Monty Python's The Meaning Of Life (It was... THE SALMON MOUSE!)
- Mothra (AIIEEEEE! GIANT MOTH! Quick! Hide our giant cotton underwear!)
- Neighbors (Forgotten classic with John Belushi and Dan Akroyd at their coked-out best)
- Rocketeer (My favoritist 40's-themed super hero of all time!)
- Runaway (Tom Selleck, Gene Simmons and robotic bugs! Stir well and serve chilled!)
- Steel Dawn (What if Patrick Swayze had been The Road Warrior?)
- Toy Soldiers (Wesley Crusher and Samwise Gamgee thart stereotypical terrorists!)

Date: 2006-01-08 05:03 am (UTC)I liked Fifth Element lots. And I watched Krull in the theater, although even at age 11 I thought it seemed sort of cheesey. But for the rest I would rather have some sort of pay-for-not-having-to-view plan.
Anyway! I'll just go back to encoding Good Eats episodes into VCDs. :D
