An Honest Customer

It is so very, VERY rare that you get a truthful customer on the line! One who admits they were just being an idiot instead of saying something like "I didn't do anything and now all of a sudden I can't get on the internet" or "I never ever downloaded anything or visited any bad web sites, but now Comcast has put a bazillion pornographic pop-up windows on my computer!"
"I got bored and started clickin' around on my computer just trying to find out what everything did, and now everything's all f*cked up and the wrong color and I can't get on the internet. I shoulda stopped about 18 clicks ago, and I'm sorry. Can you please help me?"
