Dinner last night was a 4-point can of soup and a 10-point sandwich. The sandwich was indeed satisfying, even if it did only have 3/4 of an ounce of cheese on it. What it lacked in cheese I made up for in Turkey Breast and Lettuce! And as for the soup...
I'm not a big fan of vegetable soup, even if they do put chunks of meat in it. But at least it was filling! And I ended up going to bed with three points to spare!
Breakfast today is going to be another 8-point Ham-n-cheese omlette and 2-points worth of Oatmeal.
Lunch will once again be a stack of fruit. Apples and Oranges all the way! 1 point each and they're good for me!
Dinner will hopefully be a nice big Chef Salad. 2 points of ham, 2 points of chicken breast, 2 points of cheese, and maybe up to 4 points of salad dressing. Then a TON of free veggies! Leaf lettuce, spinach, cucumber, red onion... not sure what else to add, not sure if I want to foul it up.
Desert tonight just might include 2 points worth of Light Yogurt, even though I have always hated Yogurt with an intense passion. Tastes kinda like sucking on a nasty boil, ya know? But if the Yogurt can help diversify my desert options, then I'll give it a try!
