This weekend, I WILL take a load of boxes to the storage unit! I WILL finish putting up the pantry shelves! And I WILL go grocery shopping!
I WILL NOT pick up the X-Box controller until all three tasks have been completed. I WILL NOT watch mindless pap on television until these tasks have been completed. I WILL NOT flip mindlessly through my bookmarks and freinds page looking for an excuse to stay at the computer.
