Breakfast: 10 Points
-Sausage Gravy & Biscuits! (Turkey breakfast sausage, 1/4-cup flour, 1/2-cup non-fat milk (from powdered milk), lots of water, salt & pepper. Made about 2 liters of Sausage Gravy, served over cheapo 1-point biscuits from a can)
Lunch: 5 Points
-Progresso Grilled Sirloin & Penne Soup
Snacks: 4 Points
-4 pieces black licorice, 1-point each (the big stuff from WalMart has more points than the tiny stuff from other sources, but is totaly worth it)
Dinner: 10 Points (projected)
-Probably have the leftover spaghetti from the night before. Or, if my Schmoopie has already eaten that by the time I get home I'll probably do one of my Mashed Taters/Corn/Gravy meals).
