No trends... well, except for the same old one of an unespected growth in the customer base without a corresponding expansion of the Customer Support team. But to be completely fair, who would have thought that the same amount of people who handled 100,000 customers might have a problem if that amount of customers were increased to about a Million? It's just one more lil' zero!
