Upon meeting The Freakachu...

So last night was my first fleeting encounter with the legendary creature known as freakachu1974 thru the Stalag-13-esque cyclone fence surrounding Comcast, and I was... suprised.

Despite any imagery that had formed in my head of some proto-military ex-Marine who could disasemble the human body just as easy as disassembling a PC (and just as likely to do either one at any given moment), the most remarkable thing that struck a cord with me? The thing that suprised me the most?

He sounds *EXACTLY* like a young Curtis Armstrong, circa "Better Off Dead"



We're not talking about the older, more mature Curtis Armstrong who brought us such ground-breaking characters as "Booger" in Revenge Of The Nerds... no no no! Here in freakachu1974 we find that unbridled passion and frantic energy that made the roll of the wacky small-town drug user Charles DeMar so memorable!

This is why I have such a hard time describing him to people who have never met him... He's all that & more, & there's no way for me to know how people will react to him until they actually meet him...

So, yeah. & i'm telling him about who you compared him to. I think he really liked BOTH those characters.

Okay, but to be fair he's also got a touch of the character "Jerry" from the HBO comedy series "Lucky Louie".

Not much, but a *touch*. It's all good.

He's available in the On-Demand for... Cinemax? Or maybe TMC.... he's in "The Comedians of Comedy".
