You wanna know what's worse than have a condescending customer yell at you for 10 minutes because the technician who helped her before kind of lied to her and then hang-up on you unexpectedly?

Having the Auto-In function immediately pop you in to ANOTHER angry yelling condescending customer before you can even put notes on the first account!

***EDIT***

And you know what's worse than THAT? Following up the TWO yelling customer calls with an HOUR-LONG screaming match with a customer who then hands off to her husband SO HE CAN YELL AT YOU FOR ANOTHER HOUR! That's right, a TWO-HOUR YELL FEST!!!!

I have broken every toy on my desk in anger as of now. I am taking a break.

Yeah well I let a contractor push me until I actually swore at him. In all my professional life I have never sworn at a "customer". To say the least I feel like crap. I called him back to apologize but got his voice mail.
