Customer called to find out what it means when his computer pops-up the message "A network cable is unplugged". Oddly enough, you'll never guess what it meant...

Wait for it...

That's right! A NETWORK CABLE WAS UNPLUGGED! Imagine that!

To be fair, I have a system that says that (older Win2k box) when the wireless connection is acting up. It seems more amusing to me as there's no way to plug a network cable into it (no ethernet jack and the one USB port is bent into inaccessibility).

But it would take quite a stretch for me to call Comcast about it :-D
