The thunder and lightning started at Midnight, setting the perfect tome for my upcoming horror. Molly woke-up and we tried in vain to get her back to sleep for a full hour before [livejournal.com profile] khristle volunteered to take her out so i could get at least an hour of sleep.

At two it was my turn to take over. She finally crashed at 4:30.

And woke-up at 5:30.

And woke up at 6:30.

And woke-up at 8:00

And finally woke-up for the final time at 10:00.

I'm sure I got 8 hours of sleep in there somewhere, but it's all jigsawed-up!

Ahh! That sucks. I hope she doesn't have a bad night tonight after her shots.

Maybe we could have them give her a shot of sleepy-juice?

We had a similar night. Aurelia was wide awake and running around at 3.30 this morning (and that wasn't the first time she woke up). um, I'm not really sure what happened after that. heh. I think she slept for awhile and woke up a couple more times, but was really nice about it and sat there and played quietly, which hardly ever happens. Anyway, tell Molly I say to sleep well tonight because daddy wants to sleep too! :P

We got it in Olympia at about 10:00 last night and it was RIGHT over my head. AND it went south and then came BACK. It was intense! I turned everything off and my power went out for a few seconds but then came back on. My cat was terrified! The thunder and lightning stuck very close by for a good half-hour - never seen it like that here.

Yeah, it was pretty darned intense! Thankfully. Molly's been in to The Wizard Of Oz lately. She kept looking to the window to see if Elmira Gulch would come flying by!
