Amy Sherman-Palladino's "The Return of Jezebel James" canceled after only 3 of the completed 7 episodes aired.

The Return of Jezebel James is survived by a loving creator, an undecided cast & crew, and 47 GUFFAWS-A-PLENTY 3000 Laugh Track machines. Services to be held at the same cemetery where they should have buried Two-And-A-Half Men before it was too late.

Yeah, but really... it 8was8 a mercy killing. Almost completely unwatchable due to all the canned laughter. A proper Sherman-palladino production should never have a laugh track... the audience should be smart enough to decide what they think is funny :)

Sadly, the studios do not want to take the chance of people actually thinking and reacting on their own. Original thought has been banished by the studios. For heavens' sake they have decided to make Punisher 2, Ghost Rider 2, Barbarella, with Halle Berry in the title role, and I Dream of Jeannie.

I'll have nightmares for years.
