Getting old

captain_slinkyPopping in and out of internetdom today, I've seen no less than 8 different posts that I really really REALLY wanted to reply to with dickish, snobish, flameworthy comments. Some people on my FL and affiliated communities are just so... so...
...But then I had to stop and think "Do i really *need* this drama?" Do I need to start an argument with people I don't even know? Do i need to try and persuade somebody who has proven over and over again to be non-persuadable? Do i NEEEEEED to keep banging my head in to a wall??? By Golly... have I finally developed that "Inner Voice" that keeps people from saying/typing stupid stuff? Have i GROWN UP?

nealbailey. Not only can he make excellent "Rage Posts" that make me feel like I need to comment, but he can also take the comment and logically discuss it rather than just starting a big flame war. It's exactly what I needed today :)
***EDIT*** Never mind... i just went and commented on two of the things I had wanted to comment on earlier. I'm still a bad man.
