The Super-Powers of a 2-and-a-half year old girl

I can wake up and pry her sweaty, drooling little sleeping body off my arm and plop her in to the middle of the bed without waking her.

I can then go in to the bathroom (separated by one thin wall) and have the loudest bowel movement in the world, followed by a hot shower full of singing and stumbling without waking her.

I can go back in to the bedroom naked and dripping wet, yell at the cat to get out of the way, open the closet (2 feet from her head), get dressed and leave the bedroom without waking her.

But as soon as I walk down the hallway and get two closed doors between us, she is suddenly super-sensitive and can hear as soon as my butt hits the chair here at my computer, which causes her to scream bloody murder.

Pretty sure I need to contact professor Xavier at the School for Gifted Youngsters... she would be a great benefit to the team!
