I'm sure everybody has seen the remark from John McCain's blog in which he says:
"It may be typical of the pro-Obama Dungeons & Dragons crowd to disparage a fellow countryman's memory of war from the comfort of mom's basement, but most Americans have the humility and gratitude to respect and learn from the memories of men who suffered on behalf of others."

Is... is he *trying* to throw the election now? As a member of "The Dungeons & Dragons crowd", I have to say that this is the most insulting thing I've ever heard! I think he should be allowed to talk about Respect once he's willing to show some himself.

Meanwhile, to quote the thingee i saw over in Wil Wheaton's blog, "I'm leaning towards voting for the Presidential Candidate that's not endorsed by the worst President in American history".

I heard it was a guy on his staff and not McCain himself who said it.

He seems to have surrounded himself with folks who are really good at making really bad comments. This one won't get as much media attention as the "Another 9/11 would be the best thing that could happen for the McCain campaign", but still every bit as fun!

McCain: Trying with all his shaky-handed might to piss off the under 55 crowd.
