Xmas Complaint

Ya know what we don't have enough of any more? ORPHANAGES. If a lifetime of sit-com, Christmas Special and other assorted television programs have taught me ANYTHING, it's that every city and/or town has at least ONE orphanage FULL of jaded older kids who are unadoptable and ready to learn the TRUE meaning of Christmas with just a little help from a kindly old custodian who just might be an angel, an eagerly optimistic social worker who isn't willing to give up on these kids or maybe even just a good old fashioned re-enactment of The Nativity.

WHERE ARE ALL THE ORPHANS?!?!?! I WANT TO EXPERIENCE A CHRISTMAS MIRACLE, DAG-NABBIT!!!

I blame The Internet. Back in The Day I'm sure it was a simple "Mommy and Daddy are dead do you have any family members you can live with no okay then off to the Orphanage with yeh Johnny". But NW it's more like "Mommy and Daddy are dead and according to Google you now live with your long-lost Aunt in Nebraska!"

I mean really... how else can you account for the severe lack of Orphanages these days? We have SO FEW RPHANS these days, Celebrities are forced to go to OTHER COUNTRIES to adopt!

Speaking of Orphans, I don't suppose you have a copy of Annie (the movie) on DVD you could sell/gift me? And don't tell Freak i asked. He thinks he's getting nothing for christmas this year.
