From now on, Businesses will only be required to offer services in the languages of whomever they want to take money from. If you are a business owner and you don't want to take money from the 80% of the planet that DOESN'T speak English, that's up to you. If ten people come in to your business wanting to give you money and you're willing to kick 8 of those people out because they don't speak the language, GO FOR IT. Good luck with that.
