A Line Has Been Crossed

For the sake of this post, we will assume that "Normal People" are your average 9-to-5 folks who go party on the weekend, watch football and baseball on TV, go to see romantic comedies starring Adam Sandler, and that's pretty much all they do.
"Normal People" sing in the shower. Probably an "Oldie", but could also be something they heard while partying on the weekend. Journey, The Beatles, Seal, Bon Jovi, Lil Wayne, belle & Sebastian.
Geeky People sing geeky stuff in the shower. Cartoon and television theme songs, J-Pop, "Filk" music, video game music, anything owned by the Geek Community at large. Transformers Theme Song, Monty Python tunes, The Legend of Zelda.
I think I have crossed the line from "Geek" to "Full-On NERD", as I found myself in the shower this morning reciting obscure Comic Book and Pop Culture Trivia to myself. "Famous cowboy Tom Mix didn't get his own comic book till 1940, barely a year before his own death. Offered as a mail-in offer by the Ralston Company, kids were urged to send in the blue Ralston box-top in exchange for an exclusive Tom Mix comic book. Approximately 12 issues of this comic were published as simply 'Tom Mix Comics' before the title was changed to 'Tom Mix Commandos' and the stories changed from Cowboy Westerns in to World War II soldier stories due to the demand for patriotic comics during wartime."
OUT OF NOWHERE! I don't even know if that information is accurate or not! But there i found myself, nekid and sudzy and mindlessly spouting information instead of singing something like "Every Rose Has It's Thorn" like a regular person!
WHAT DOES THIS MEAN?!?!?!

Third, of all the embarrassing things to admit doing in the shower... sigh.
Fourth, have you at least verified the trivia you were spewing to see how much was true? I mean come on! If it is accurate you can at least brag about how awesome your memory is and dream about the day you get on Jeopardy and the category is Obscure Comic Book Minutia in the final Jeopardy!
