Tuna Corn Funnel Cakes!

Took a bag of my Tuna Corn Fritter mix out of the freezer for dinner tonight (Tuna Corn Fritter mix = Savory pancake batter with tuna fish, corn and appropriate seasonings). Filled the cast iron skillet with vegetable oil and got it up to the proper heat.
Usually you would scoop the mixture in to the hot oil to make crispy patties, about 2 to 3 inches in diameter.
HOWEVER! Tonight, I went all wacky. Instead of making patties, I cut the corner off the bag of mix and squirted it in to the hot oil, funnel-cake style.
It looks so very wrong, but tastes good :)

Just went and bought our tickets at the only Disney Store in Washington State (same price as on-line only no delivery fees) and got a new pair of shirts for the trip.
