PC Problems

Anybody have a working PC with wifi (or that I can drop a wifi card in to) that they'd be willing to part with? Old unused system would be best... it's just for checking e-mail and facebook.

I thought I had more/better parts lying around here than I actually do, need a system by Wednesday morning if at all possible thanks!

We might have something for you. It's running Linux right now, but has run XP before. I think I still have the XP home license somewhere, but not the disk.

I have to work at 7pm (again) for a test deployment of some new software. Blah. Maybe tomorrow?

It's a home edition XP disk, right? The license is for a home edition.

That's fine... whenever, as long as my sister doesn't get stuck with "The Tank" that was Crystal's old computer :) Never figured out just exactly why it was so loud...

And the license is no problem... I'm using that wonky "XP For Kids" that just wants SOME license. I've had success feeding it license keys for both Pro and OEM with no problems so far... on some installs, it doesn't even care!
