The Situation: We are all living on a "Disney World" where every Disney Animated Character and Setting is *real*, and every Disney Character is living there at the same time in their most marketable form (example: "The Beast" from Beauty & The Beast is still a Beast and not the prince that he transformed into at the end of the movie, Rapunzel still has her long magic hair, Aladdin is still a common thief with a Genie, etc).

Suddenly, a ZOMBIE PLAGUE breaks out on this world.

WHICH DISNEY CHARACTERS ARE THE FIRST TO FALL? WHICH ONES ARE THE "SURVIVORS"?

Pocahontas would be among the first to fall. She'd try to save people and that would be the end of her.

Belle and the Beast would hole up in their castle and fare pretty well, I would think. Being that 99% of the household is magic furniture, they can't catch the zombie plague, so they've got a good chance.

Mulan would kick some serious zombie ass, but I can't help but think she'd eventually end up in trouble.

Mary Poppins isn't animated, but I can't help but think she's practical and realistic, and that she could open a can of clever whoop-ass if it suited her and protected the children.

Do we assume the zombie infection can spread to non-human creatures?

The only thing you can be sure of during a Zombie Outbreak is that any assumption you make will be WRONG. "Oh we're safe here in the castle with our enchanted household items, there's no - OMG COGSWORTH JUST TOOK A BITE OUT OF MRS POTTS!!!" "Well at least we're safely away from the world of Man here in the jungle, so we can OH DEAR LORD BALLOO IS FEASTING ON KING LOUIE'S BRAINS!!!"

Still trying to think of who would be first, but among the last would be Peter Pan and the Lost Boys. Used to survival on the run, hiding from pirates and indians, they would form an elite zombie strike force, hitting zombie collection points fast and hard, then disappearing into the night.

I would almost put Robin Hood and his Merry Men in the bunch for similar reasons, but they're just a little bit too cocky.

I think Robin and at least some of the Merry Men would fare ok. Yeah, the cockiness would mean they get hit hard, lose some people, but then a few of them remain. The not so merry men.

I'm thinking Cinderella would be an interesting story. Obviously the wicked step sisters would be zombies and they'd be bashing on the door to eat Cinderella. Just about then the fairy godmother would show up and transform Cinderella's rags into armor and her dust broom into a machete, etc. One warning, Cinderella, you must kill all the zombies by midnight. When the clock strikes your weapons and armor will disappear.

Oh, she'd be hacking up the royal ball with the another zombie fighter, the prince, when the midnight strikes and have to flee for her life. The prince would search through all the abandoned buildings and hideaways, looking for the woman whose shotgun fired this spent shell...

Oh, what if the Sheriff of Nottingham somehow manages to avoid zombification, unlike everyone else in Prince John's court. Imagine the uneasy alliance with Robin and his Grim Band. Former enemies, working to defeat the zombie hoard.

I think it's too much of a game for The Lost Boys, they'd be flippant about it and end up being infected faster than they could retaliate. Peter might survive if Tink hasn't already been infected and has time to warn him, but the rest of the Lost Boys are... well, "Lost".

Uneasy alliances all about... I imagine Captain Hook would still be alive due to a willingness to self-amputate (Name change to "Captain Hooks") and would fight back-to-back with Peter Pan against a zombified crocodile.

Little Mermaid

Starts pretty much the same, but at the point where a storm hits Prince Eric's ship and he is thrown overboard, Ariel cannot reach him in time and he dies. Ariel goes to see Ursula the Sea Witch who uses her black magic to bring Eric back from the dead. But, he must kiss Ariel within 24 hours or his soul will vanish. Ariel almost kisses him, but, as you might expect, is interrupted by Ursula's cronies. 24 hours are up. Eric's soul shrieks away from his body as shadows form in his eyes. He hungers for BRRRAAAIIINNNSS!

Yeah, still not answering your question exactly, but zombifying movies is where I'm a viking so I'm just having fun here.

I think this is as good an explanation as any for an origin of the Disney Zombie Outbreak... Prince Eric is Patient Zero!
