I was just about to suggest Kevin Smith for Aquaman and you beat me to it! Aquaman can speak to so many different creatures from all across the spectrum of the sea. And Kevin Smith speaks to so many people on so many levels. Kevin Smith and Jason Mewes doing a bit as Aquaman and Aqualad would just fulfill my geek needs for the day.
The Flash is trickier. He needs to be everywhere with connections to lots of other geek projects. To me, that says Joss Whedon. Besides, if you can get him, you can probably get a cameo of Sarah Michelle Geller as Supergirl. I mean, she did Dr. Horrible.
